parang aerobic pala ha…hmmmm…
enjoy naman mag aral ng judo.lalo na dito sa adnu kasi mabait mga instructor,mas maiinspire ka matuto..tapos masarap din isipin na kaya mong i-depend sarili mo kahit babae ka…(hehe…derecho advertising na)
so sana mainspire ang mga babae na mag aral ng judo (hmmm…para may ka-randuri na ko!!!wiiii)..dito kayo sa adnu mag aral ng judo kung gusto niyo maging pinaka-magaling na judoka!!!! ^_^

well….actually….wala naman sana talaga ako balak mag aral ng judo…as in…^_^
natakot lang ako kay kuya neil ng sinabihan nya ako na ’sige na,practice na’..(nanlilisik kasi ang kanyang mga mata at nakahanda na syang bugbugin ako kung umayaw ako)…joke..
nainspire ako mag aral kasi grabe ang motivating powers nila sir&kuya neil at lahat ng judokans..the best..

yes…hopefully this coming semester, you can recruit new members..papalakasin natin ang adnu judo club…kinukulang tayo ng participants for national competition. i will tell our friend from brazil to send us photos of their recent tournaments. kudos!

@XYXY: Personal opinion ko lang po. Uchimata is one of the easiest throw na pwede execute kahit sa mga pro-tournament…you can execute it effectively at 45 degrees angle! galing no?
